Small fishers in Negros Island Region (NIR) and Western Visayas, aided by the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement (PRRM)-Negros Office, continue to press their efforts to reduce illegal, unreported, unregulated (IUU) fishing and oppose black sand mining in various affected and threatened localities.
