Bacolod and Negros motorists can avail of the services of the Land Transportation Office, including onsite vehicle registration, driver’s license applications and renewals, free theoretical driving course lectures, and other road safety initiatives, at the Capitol grounds in Bacolod City until today, Aug. 1.
