The Sangguniang Panlungsod of Bacolod approved a unanimous resolution this afternoon, Nov. 2, congratulating Kate Marie Buencochillo for placing second, with a rating of 90.67 percent, among the 1,722 passers out of 6,665 examinees in the October 2022 Certified Public Accountant licensure examination.
