Three remote barangays of San Carlos City in Negros Occidental, declared insurgency-free by the Philippine Army, are recipients of infrastructure projects, worth P60 million, from the National Task Force–Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict, Brig. Gen. Inocencio Pasaporte, 303rd Infantry Brigade commander, said.
