Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson led the opening of the Negrense Artists Group exhibit at the Capitol in Bacolod City March 18, in celebration of the National Women’s Month, and in partnership with the Provincial GAD Focal Point System.
The 25 participating artists are Patty Jane Ku Ong, Pablita Nava, Dolly Gatuslao, Roana Ruperto, Mel Araneta, Doreen de Asis, Mei Lonasco, Dynalyn “Dydee” Tan, Patricia Larayos, Rose Jemino, Cresline Corsiga, Ronica Faustino, Yshie Emperado;
