Smart Communications turned over 200 units of pocket Wi-Fi to the City of Bago for its students.
Mayor Nicholas Yulo, Vice Mayor Ramon Torres, SK Federation President Carl Benedict Baylon, and a representative from the Federation of Supreme Student Government were present at the turnover ceremony Sept. 3.
