The University of St. La Salle (USLS) has once again been recognized as the top university in Bacolod City by EduRank, a website that ranks universities based on research outputs, non-academic prominence, and alumni influence, based on its latest release on Feb. 29.
By maintaining the top spot, USLS has also improved its national placement, moving up a notch from the previous ranking to 104th out of 229 universities in the country.
STI-West Negros University ranked second, which also improved its ranking, climbing to the 193rd spot compared to its 204th ranking last year.
The University of Negros Occidental- Recoletos took the 195th spot nationwide.
“With this recognition, USLS further solidifies its commitment to providing better futures for its students,” USLS marketing and communications director Mark Dueñas said in a press statement.
Meanwhile, admissions to USLS for academic year 2024-25 are now open with the launch of its admissions portal.
