Typhoon Rolly moves toward Bicol region

Typhoon “Rolly” continues to maintain its strength as it moves towards Bicol region, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its advisory issued 5 p.m. today, Oct. 31.
