Ten Sangguniang Kabataan councils in Talisay City, Negros Occidental have passed the 2024 SK Functionality Assessment (SKFA).
Talisay City ranked third with the most the number of SK council passers in the province, including Barangays Bubog, Zone 4-A, Zone 4, Dos Hermanas, Efigenio Lizares, Zone 12-A, Zone 9, Zone 14, Zone 15 and Zone 3, the city government said in a press release.
The SKFA aims to ensure accountability, transparency, and functionality in every SK council as mandated by the Department of the Interior and Local Government.
A total of 112 SK councils in Negros Occidental passed the 2024 SKFA, with La Carlota City having the most passers at 14 barangays, followed by Hinigaran town, 11. ||
