As of 3 a.m. today, the center of tropical depression “Lannie” was estimated at 70 km Northwest of Cuyo, Palawan with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h, the latest weather bulleting from PAGASA said.
It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h.
Areas under Signal No. 1 in Visayas are Antique and the western portion of
Aklan including Madalag, Malinao, Ibajay, Nabas, Malay and Buruanga.
In Luzon, still under Signal No 1 are the southwestern portion of Romblon, including Odiongan, Looc, Alcantara, Ferrol, Santa Fe, and San Jose; the southern portion of Oriental Mindoro, including Roxas, Mansalay, and Bulalacao; the southern portion of Occidental Mindoro, including Calintaan, Rizal, San Jose, Magsaysay; and the northern portion of Palawan, including El Nido, Taytay, Dumaran, Araceli, Calamian and Cuyo Islands.
