The 2020 Multimedia Drug Education Campaign “Infographics Design Competition” was launched Oct. 15 by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental at the Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City.
The campaign, under the supervision of the Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council, is in partnership with the Dangerous Drugs Board, the Department of Interior and Local Government, Negros Occidental Language and Information Technology Center and the Liga ng mga Barangay.
Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson, Secretray Catalino Cuy of the DDB and representatives of the Association of Barangay Council, joined the launching activity.
The social media-based competition is an innovative and creative approach to address the problem of illegal drugs in this time of the pandemic, a press release said.*
