The Local Government Unit of Sipalay City, through its Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), implemented the 2025 Loyalty Bonus Incentives Recognition Program under the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) recently.
The program aims to commend and reward employees, who have demonstrated unwavering commitment, exceptional service, and long-term dedication to public service.
Twenty-six employees were honored during the flag-raising ceremony May 19 for their outstanding performance and invaluable contributions to the goals and vision of the local government, the city said in a press release.

The awardees are, for 35 years in service, Erlene Clemente, Susan Tacda, Elena Tajor, and Rosa Gonzales.
For 25 years in service, Roy Villaruel, Japhet Vilena, and Gerlie Gonzales; for 15 years in service, Ritchel Fabela, and for serving Sipalaynons for 10 years, Moises Belibestre, Albino Tihuk, Gemma Barcenilla, Genora Bonilla, Myrell Castro, Emiliano Delgado, Donah Gelasing, Gracebel Gulmatico, Maja Judilla, Diego Malabago, Lino Malabago, Ramer Jun Menoza, Senorin Meguilito, Donald Sososco, Nida Zaragoza, Caren Gallego, Joebe Dela Cruz, and Maria Media Maban.
The recognition aligns with the Civil Service Commission’s PRAISE guidelines, promoting morale, motivation, and continued excellence in public service delivery, the city added. ||
