A negative drug test result should be submitted as an additional requirement in the renewal of the contracts of COS and job order workers in the provincial government of Negros Oriental, the Capitol said June 26.
The drug test results must be up-to-date, or from June 25, 2025 to before 6 p.m. on June 27, the Capitol said, adding that Governor Chaco Sagarbarria has already issued a memorandum on the necessary documents required for the renewal of contracts of JOs and contracts of service workers in the province.
These documents include an updated data capture form and barangay certificate, which must be submitted by administrative officers per department upon signing of contract; and the original negative drug test result of not later than two weeks from date of submission, and must be from a DOH-accredited laboratory, the Capitol added. ||
