The Grupo Progreso candidates, led by Mayor Evelio Leonardia and Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, were endorsed by officers of a Parents-Teachers Association in Bacolod Nov. 3, a press release from GP said.
The group is led by Windel Billones, who signed the manifesto of support together with Sunday Villarosa, Rodolfo Vicente, Jetro Manucan, Nido Donato, Rizaldy Agolino, Joy Ignes, Lester Flores, Richard Eric Libra, Joemarie Hilado, Rachel Moncatar, Jose Romer Padigos, and Richard Ledesma, the press release also said.
The mayor thanked the group as he renewed his commitment to put the education of children among his top priorities. — MML
