Offered for a limited time only, “The Great Bowl of Asia” at Arima Restaurant allows the hotel’s patrons to be their own chef, by crafting their favorite Asian rice and noodle bowls to their liking.
“Whether your palate craves the bold flavors of Korean, Chinese, Thai, Filipino, or even mixed rice bowls, like Mongolian or Bibimbap, our menu has something to satisfy every craving,” a statement from the hotel said.
For those with a penchant for Korean cuisine, “The Great Bowl of Asia” offers Japchae, a savory and subtly sweet noodle dish, taken with Gochujang Noodles for a perfect balance of spice and sweetness.
Also on the menu are Chinese classics like Chow Mein and Kung Pao Noodles, Pad Thai, and the classic Filipino favorite, Palabok. ||
