Negros Occidental acting governor Jeffrey Ferrer, along with Bago City officials, led by Mayor Nicholas Yulo and Vice Mayor Ramon Torres, graced the turnover of a P5-million Ferrer Multipurpose Building at the Bago City College this morning, Aug. 7.

The facility was donated to the city government-run college, through Ferrer and his wife, 4th District Rep. Juliet Marie Ferrer.

“Congresswoman Juliet and me as vice governor continue to facilitate the development of an area through (the establishment of) facilities. For as long as there’s an available fund, Fourth District will be taken care of, especially in terms of education,” the acting governor said in a city press release. “I hope this building provides a venue for the education of the students in this school.”
