More than P1 million worth of suspected shabu were seized and 12 individuals were arrested in various operations in Negros Island Region on Oct. 10 and 11, police reports showed.
On Friday, seven suspects were apprehended in barangays of Granada, Banago and 10 in Bacolod City, which yielded about 93 grams of suspected shabu valued at P701,760.
Four other suspects were arrested in Isabela, E.B. Magalona, Ilog and Himamaylan City in Negros Occidental on Saturday.
The operations led to the confiscation of 55 grams of suspected shabu worth P374,000.
Also on Saturday, a suspect was arrested during a search warrant operation in Barangay Bolocboloc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental.
Operatives recovered 14 small packs of dried marijuana leaves and about five grams of suspected shabu with a total market value of P30,000 as well as P3,050 in cash. | GB
