The newly-elected officers of the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) Negros Occidental, led by provincial chairperson, Vice Mayor Justin Dominic Gatuslao of Himamaylan City, took their oaths of office before Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson at the Capitol in Bacolod City Sept. 18.
Sworn in, aside from Gatuslao, were VM John Vincent Escalante of Cadiz, vice chairperson; VM Angel Gabriel Villacin of Talisay, secretary; Silay Councilor Romela Amoroso, assistant secretary; Hinoba-an Councilor Gems Bernard Reliquias, treasurer;

Ilog VM John Paulo Alvarez, assistant treasurer; Bago Councilor Jake Patrick Torres, auditor; Hinigaran Councilor Ma. Xenia Guanco, public relations officer; and councilors Felix Feria, Lalen Lamis, Marie Entoinette Limsiaco, Andrew John Penuela, Rayzel Marie Ramos, Chris Paolo Tiongco, Nico Adrian Vasquez, and Jason Villarosa, as members of the Board of Directors.
NMYL regional chairperson for NIR, Vice Mayor Francis Frederick Palanca, and regional treasurer, Councilor Jappy Cuaycong, both of Victorias, also took their oaths before the governor, the Capitol said. ||
