A new album of Ilonggo music composition will be launched online on Wednesday, Sept. 22, by the Tawong Dalan group from the Stereofiles Music Studio.
Lead vocals, Atty. Prince Gil Delloso, with Angelo Oro for guitar, Christian Samillano for bass, and Nathanael Paul Castillo for drums, will bring live the latest Ilonggo songs composed to fit the present times.
Delloso, who was with the Urgent Motion Band composed of members of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Negros Chapter, supplied the lyrics and group melody.
With the support of their studio that appreciates and promotes Ilonggo music, the group said they consider the event tonight at 6 p.m. to be a new venue via cellphones and laptops to relax, appreciate music, and take a break from the tiring COVID stories.
A lot of supporters of local composition have committed to join the launch, Delloso said.
