Negros Occ. to launch Culture Hub passport

The Culture Hub passport of Negros Occidental will be launched at the al Cinco de Noviembre celebration of the province today, to promote the nine visitor stopovers covered by the culture hub project of the provincial government.

Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, presented the passport that will be given to local and national tourists, who will visit the featured nine destinations.

The circuit will start at the Provincial Capitol and Park, Provincial Tourism Office, Mambukal Resort Bacolod Office, Cafetolyo, Association of Negros Producers Showroom, Negros Forest and Ecological Foundation, Negros Museum, Ayala Fiesta Market, and the Pala-Pala Food Terminal Market.

The passport will be stamped at every stopover, and visitors will be invited to try the food and other items sold in the hub.

The culture hub was launched in July to showcase a one-circuit tour that will promote the province’s culture, heritage, trade and industry to further develop tourism and investment, Diaz said.
