Leo Rey Yanson remains as the chairman of the board and president of the Ceres Liner Travel and Tours, Inc. after he was re-elected during the company’s stockholders meeting on Monday (Jan. 4) at its office in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City
In a press release, Yanson said his mother, Olivia Y. Yanson, was also re-appointed as CLTTI’s corporate secretary and treasurer.
During the meeting, Olivia and Leo Rey , Ginnette Dumancas, Charles Dumancas, Anita Chua, Arvin John Villaruel and Daniel Nicolas Golez were re-elected as members of CLLTI’s Board of Directors.
Despite due notice, stockholders Roy V. Yanson, Ma. Lourdes Celina Yanson-Lopez, Ricardo V. Yanson, Jr. were absent.
Yanson said that despite the challenges faced in 2020, the Yanson Group of Bus Companies remain committed to provide the riding public with reliable means of public transportation for all.
