Mayor Greg Gasataya has appointed Mona Dia Jardin, former general manager of the Bacolod City Water District, as executive assistant on city environmental concerns and special programs, under the City Mayor’s Office, effective Sept. 15.

“Among the things that we discussed is the aspect of the environment like in Felisa because help is still needed in that aspect,” Gasataya said Sept. 16. “Her work would be to assist the city. We also identify programs where she can help in the field of accountancy.”
