The Negros Oriental Provincial Hospital (NOPH) marked another milestone in the delivery of healthcare services with the recent blessing, inauguration, and ribbon-cutting ceremony of the NOPH Dialysis Center in Dumaguete City.
Anchored on the theme “Extending Lives, Restoring Hope: Quality Renal Care Within Reach”, the new facility is intended to bring essential dialysis and renal care services closer to patients in Negros Oriental.
Governor Manuel “Chaco” Sagarbarria assured the provincial government’s continuing efforts to strengthen public healthcare services and make essential medical care more accessible to NegOrenses.

The inauguration included the ceremonial ribbon-cutting and blessing of the dialysis machines, treatment areas, offices, and support facilities—marking an important step in expanding renal healthcare services at NOPH, the Capitol said in a press release Sept. 29.
The ceremony also brought together key provincial and hospital officials, including Dumaguete City Mayor Manuel “Chiquiting” Sagarbarria, Provincial Health officer, Dr. Liland Estacion, NOPH chief of hospital Dr. Marc Angelo Llosa, Dr. Jacky Vincent Omandam — NOPH Dialysis Center head and Nephrology Department, among others. ||
