A local government unit (LGU) employee and his companion were arrested by the police during a buy-bust in Bonifacio Extension, Barangay 4 in Silay City, Negros Occidental on Feb. 20.
The 61-year-old suspect and his 26- year-old cohort, whose identities are being withheld by the police, yielded an estimated 12 grams of suspected shabu valued at P81,600 and marked money of P2,800.
The government employee was categorized by the police as a high value individual drug personality. | GB
