Two of the most wanted persons in the list of Police Regional Office- Negros Island Region (PRO-NIR) were separately arrested by tracker teams in San Enrique town and Sagay City, Negros Occidental on Aug. 19.
Through the coordinated efforts of regional intelligence units and local police stations, operatives tracked down and collared Angelo Sevilla, 23, at Purok Esmeralda in Barangay Poblacion, San Enrique.
Sevilla, who is number two in the most wanted list, was accused of molesting his former girlfriend, who is a minor.
Edric Malundo, who is the region’s third most wanted, was apprehended by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Cadiz City Executive Judge Raymund Joseph Javier for his involvement in a fatal stabbing incident. | GB
