The Commission on Elections Bacolod said that, from July 29 to Aug. 1, it will conduct a satellite registration and Register Anywhere Program (RAP) at SM Bacolod main atrium, in line with the 2025 National and Local Elections.

It will start at 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., and accepted applications include registration, transfer, reactivation, correction of entry, and the RAP.

For new registration, reactivation, or transfer, a voter-applicant should bring the original and photocopy of a government-issued ID with the address showing the current residence information.

For 18 to 19 years old applicants, they must bring government-issued ID and original PSA birth certificate/baptismal certificate; student ID for students, and supporting IDs for out-of-school applicants.

For correction of entries to change name, middle name, last name, or date of birth, the original and photocopy of PSA birth certificate, and marriage contract for change of status, the Comelec said in an advisory July 26.

It added that there will be 500 slots for regular applicants regardless of transaction, and 100 slots for PWDs, senior citizens, and pregnant women.

This will be on a first come, first-served basis, the Comelec said. ||
