In a significant step toward enhancing diagnostic and patient care services, the Department of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiologic Sciences (DDIRS) of Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH) held the blessing of its new medical equipment Aug. 6 on the 2nd Floor, West Tower.
The newly-blessed units of equipment include four portable X-ray machines, two ultrasound units, one stationary X-ray machine, and one vacuum-assisted breast biopsy machine.
These state-of-the-art additions are expected to strengthen the hospital’s diagnostic capabilities, improve workflow efficiency, and provide patients with more timely, accurate, and accessible imaging services, Horizon said in a post.
The acquisition of these modern diagnostic tools reflects CLMMRH’s continued commitment to advancing healthcare services and ensuring that the people of the Negros Island Region receive quality, safe, and patient-centered care.
