Regular and casual employees of the Negros Occidental provincial government will receive a P30,000 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus this year, Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson said on Wednesday, Dec. 3.

Last year, the provincial government gave P55,000 extra bonuses for Capitol employees, including the P30,000 CNA, P20,000 Service Recognition Incentive, and P5,000 for the Performance Enhancement Incentive.

“Like before, we will always be ready to give it,” Lacson said.

He did not say whether more extra bonuses will be given to Capitol employees before the year ends.

Capitol employees will also receive their 2023 Performance-Based Bonus, which is equivalent to 50 percent of their basic monthly salary.

Last month, the Capitol employees received their 14th month pay and P5,000 cash gift. | GB
