Capitol to grant scholarship to government employees

The province, through the Negros Occidental Scholarship Program Division (NOSPD), in collaboration with the College of Arts and Sciences-Graduate Studies Department of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University-Talisay campus, is looking for applicants for the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scholarship for government employees for school year 2024-2025.

Deadline for submission of requirements is on July 31 at the NOSPD office, beside the National Bureau of Investigation building in Bacolod City.

This program is intended for provincial, city, and municipal government employees, including national government agencies assigned in Negros Occidental, the Capitol said in a press release.

It aims to deepen the discourse on leadership and good governance as a tool to upgrade the delivery of basic public services, it added.

Courses offered include Master in Public Administration: Human Resource Management, and Doctor in Public Administration.
