To strike a balance between preventing infection among the clergy and continuing their regular activities, the diocese conducts zoom meetings for their monthly recollections.

Meanwhile, 1,970 senior citizens were vaccinated in Bacolod City from May 3 to 8, the Bacolod COVID-19 Vaccination Council reported.

More vaccinees are expected as vaccination rollouts are conducted simultaneously at two malls in the city.

Earlier, Emergency Operations Center executive director Em Legazpi Ang said only those who have completed the vaccination registration and have received a call or text from the EOC for confirmed appointments will be accommodated.

The vaccination is based on a first-come, first-served sequence in the order that the registration came into the city’s database.
