The city government of Bago inaugurated Feb. 7 the P33-million two-storey Administration Building that houses the new General Services Office (GSO) and the Office of the City Accountant (OCA).
Mayor Nicholas Yulo and Vice Mayor Ramon Torres, along with GSO head, Engr. Leo Pahilanga and city accountant Judee Erespe, and some other department heads, led the blessing and inauguration of the building located at the back of the Bago City Hall.
The structure costs P33,170,000 for two phases, while total interior cost is P11 million, at P5.7 million for the GSO and P5.3 million for the OCA.

Yulo and Torres congratulated the GSO and OCA personnel for having a new office, and urged them to be more productive in serving the public, the city said in a press release.
The officials said the employees deserve a workplace where they can be more creative.
With the new office, their services will also have to be “brand new”, the two top leaders said, and assured that the administration will continue to work for the development of the City Hall employees and workers.
Pahilanga said they will take good care of the building as he thanked the officials for their continued support.
