Fire Supt. Jenny Mae Masip is the new acting head of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Bacolod City.
Prior to her new position, Masip served as the deputy provincial fire marshal of BFP-Negros Occidental.
She replaced Fire Chief Insp. Stephen Jardeleza, who was transferred to Iloilo as deputy provincial fire marshal effective June 10.
The transfer of the two BFP officers was ordered by Fire Chief Supt. Felixberto Abrenica, BFP-Western Visayas regional director, in the exigency and best interest of the service. | GB
