All corporations that intend to apply for an increase in authorized capital stock are encouraged to file and submit their application on or before Nov. 22 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Bacolod Extension Office.
This is to ensure that processing and approval of the application will be done within the year, assuming all documentary requirements are compliant, the SEC Bacolod said in an advisory.
