Joined by regional director Ramir Uytico and other local DepEd and government officials, Angara also led the turnover of laptops from the ConnectED Tech for All program by Her Legacy Foundation.

The secretary emphasized the DepEd’s alignment with the President’s call for a proactive response to education challenges, noting that promises made during the State of the Nation Address, including improvements in basic education, are being actively pursued.

He also commended school-based initiatives that exemplify the DepEd’s goals of innovation, collaboration, and learner-focused development.

Uytico welcomed the visit as a clear show of support for educators and schools in the region. ||
