The Negros Occidental Provincial Tourism Division and Provincial Accounting Office now have new heads.
Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson appointed Raymond Bayot as officer-in-charge of the Tourism Division, temporarily replacing Cheryl Decena, who has been suspended for six months.
Bayot is previously a tourism operations assistant.
Decena has filed a motion for reconsideration for her suspension without pay for simple neglect of duty, which took effect Oct. 21.
Lacson also designated Jamira Magbanua as the acting provincial accountant, replacing provincial accountant Annabelle Magalona, who will retire on Nov. 16. | GB
