Further emphasizing how it embraces technology and innovation as a differentiator, property giant Megaworld has recently launched the Philippines’ first ever immersive property development showroom called the “Megaworld Leisure Showroom.”
Located at the ground level of Eighty One Mall along Newport Boulevard at Newport City in Pasay City, the Megaworld Leisure Showroom is highlighted by interactive spaces where clients can enjoy a one-of-a-kind immersive virtual tour of Megaworld’s sprawling tourism townships. These are the 150-hectare Boracay Newcoast in Malay, Aklan; the 462-hectare Paragua Coastown in San Vicente, Palawan; and soon the 150-hectare Lialto Beach and Golf Estates in Lian, Batangas.
“We are proud to be in some of the country’s most beautiful tourism destinations, and we want to showcase these landscapes to our clients to give them an idea of the excitement waiting for them in our developments. Since people cannot visit these locations right away, we thought why not bring the destinations to them instead? That’s the big ‘what if’ question that we had when we were conceptualizing the Megaworld Leisure Showroom, ” according to Javier Romeo Abustan, head of sales and marketing of Megaworld Platinum.
The showroom’s interior is designed based on a modern beachfront living concept, evident through the surfaces and finishes inspired by the sun, sand, stone, and the sea.
The main highlight of the Showroom are the three interactive rooms called “Phases” that feature state-of-the-art overhead projectors and surround-sound systems, similar to those used in popular interactive museums around the world.
The visual tour takes clients over, on, and around some of the best islands and mountain views around Paragua Coastown, as well as over the turquoise waters and the powdery white sands of Boracay Newcoast.
“Engaging clients with this kind of visual spectacle is like instantly transporting them to their desired destinations to appreciate the beauty of our islands without having to fly out of Metro Manila. It allows them to get a glimpse of our developments up close, even those that are still being built at the moment,” Abustan said.
“More importantly, this also gives us a more sustainable way of presenting our projects to our clients because we can easily change the look of our spaces, unlike typical property showrooms where it takes quite some time for model units, for example, to be updated or spruced up,” he further explained.
Aside from the phases, Megaworld said Leisure Showroom also features its very own bar and dining area, where clients can enjoy a variety of snacks and beverages.
There’s also a spacious conference room that can be used for events and townhalls that can also be reconfigured into meeting rooms with dividers. ||
