The chief of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)-Bacolod District Office on Monday (March 4) debunked claims of ongoing conflict among its personnel.

“We have a good working relationship,” lawyer Renoir Baldovino said.

PCapt. Glenn Montaño, chief of Police Station 2, said that Special Investigator William De Arca disclosed during an interview that he was told someone at the NBI-Bacolod District Office “maybe jealous of him”.

A written note linking De Arca to an alleged drug lord was found inside a sack of severed human body parts dumped in front of the NBI office along Aguinaldo Street in Bacolod City on March 1.

Montaño said that they are already halfway in their investigation on the dumping of the human body parts. | GB
