Sagay City has donated a three-hectare property in Barangay General Luna for the establishment of the Police Regional Office-Negros Island Region (PRO-NIR) Regional Special Training Unit (RSTU), a project expected to strengthen police training, public safety, and regional law enforcement capacity.
