Army: Key NPA leaders killed in Toboso

Five of the 19 New People’s Army (NPA) fatalities in the series of encounters with Philippine Army soldiers in Toboso, Negros Occidental were key leaders of the dismantled Komiteng Rehiyonal Northern Negros Front (NNF), Brig.
