The 33rd Provincial Environment Month celebration, on the theme “Ending Plastic Pollution”, kicked off June 9 at the Capitol in Bacolod City, with Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson calling for a “systematic change and a rethinking of how people produce, consume, and manage plastics”.
