The local government of Victorias, through the City Veterinary Office, under the leadership of OIC city veterinarian, Dr. Ma. Anicka Villegas, highlighted responsible pet ownership and animal welfare as it wrapped up the Rabies Awareness Month observance with “Pawshion” show recently at City Mall-Victorias.
