Bacolod newsman Plotria wins another Palanca award

Serafin  Plotria Jr., the station manager of iFM 94.3 Bacolod, also known on the radio as Jopy San Juan, won first prize in the Hiligaynon Short Story category at the 72nd Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature for his piece titled “Ang Liwat nga Paglupad ni Lolo”.
