Twenty-five Victorias residents received P5,000 each in medical aid, while 80 students were granted P2,000 of educational support, during the payout initiated by the City Social Welfare and Development Office, in collaboration with the Provincial Treasurer’s Office, at Don Alejandro Acuña Yap Quiña Arts and Cultural Center recently.
