Negros Occidental acting governor Jeffrey Ferrer, along with Bago City officials, led by Mayor Nicholas Yulo and Vice Mayor Ramon Torres, graced the turnover of a P5-million Ferrer Multipurpose Building at the Bago City College this morning, Aug. 7.
