In support to the plans of the provincial government to subject its employees to random drug testing, the Progressive Alliance of Capitol Employees (PACE) is taking the lead with its officers and staff submitting for voluntary drug test, its president, Ruben Diamante, said Sunday, Aug. 6.
As officers of PACE, Diamante said they want to “set an example”.
