The signed Joint Venture Agreement between the Central Negros Electric Cooperative and Primelectric Holdings Inc. got the support also of Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Benitez.

‘Massacre suspects identified’

June 20, 2023

As witnesses came out to help authorities in giving justice to the victims of massacre in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson said Monday, June 19, he was informed that the suspects have already been identified.

Lacson, however, said he is still waiting for an official report from the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office as to the progress of their investigation, including the motive of the suspects.
