The proposed ordinance establishing the guidelines and procedures in the availment of the Bacolod Comprehensive Health Program (BacCHP), and allocating P80-million for its initial implementation, was approved on third and final reading by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, Wednesday, Dec. 7.
