With the wearing of face mask now optional in outdoor settings and open spaces, based on the executive order issued by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson called on Negrenses to use “common sense” while in public places, such as in riding public transportation vehicles.
