Public cemeteries, memorial parks, and columbaria in Bacolod City will be temporarily closed from Oct. 30 to Nov. 2, but priests and ministers will be allowed to bless the graves, Mayor Evelio Leonardia said in his Executive Order signed on Oct. 15.
