About 200 gun owners and enthusiasts from EB Magalona and nearby local government units have renewed the licenses of their firearms during the one-day License to Own and Possess Firearm Registration (LTOPFR) caravan, Sept. 23, at the plaza covered court of EB Magalona, Negros Occidental.

P/Capt. Eric Doronila, acting EB Magalona police chief, said that Mayor Marvin Malacon has requested the Police Regional Office 6 for an LTOPFR caravan in his municipality, so that Saraviahanons need not travel to Iloilo City to renew their firearms’ licenses.
